User profile
On the start page of your Hintbox, the Dashboard, you will find the black profile icon on the upper right side. Via this icon you can change and customize your own user profile.
Click on the icon to open a list. The following adjustments can be made via Change profile:

The following information can be changed in the EDIT PROFILE section:
After you have entered the data, click on Save to save the data.
Change password
In the Change password section, the previous password can be changed.
To do this, enter the password you have used so far in the first field Old password. In the next field Password enter your new password and repeat the entry in the last field Repeat password. A strong password is best achieved with eight letters, a number and a special character.
When you have made all the entries, click on the Save button to save the new password.
Change profile picture
On the Change profile picture tab, you can select your profile picture which you would like to store in your profile.
To do this, click on the blue Insert or Select Image button. Then you can select an image from your files which should be deposited.
The selected image can now be scaled to the desired area to be displayed. To do this, you can move the point to display the image closer or further away.
By clicking on the center of the image, the image can be moved in its entirety.
If the image is now set up appropriately, click on Save to save the image in the profile.
If you do not like the picture, you can delete it.
This is done by clicking on the small red trash can.
2-factor authentication
If you want to protect your account additionally, you can do this via the 2-factor authentication. If you log in to your Hintbox account, you will be sent a code to your email address that you must enter to log in.
To enable 2-factor authentication, check the blue box.
Then click Save.
At the next login, enter your login data as usual.
In the next step you will receive your code on your e-mail address with which you have registered in the Hintbox.
This code is now valid for 5 minutes.
If the time is exceeded, you can request a new code via Resend code.
Do you want to deactivate the 2-factor authentication again. Click the blue check mark again.
After that you will have to re-enter a code you received by mail to deactivate this function.
E-Mail notifications
You can customize your personal selection of standard notifications via the Email notifications tab.

Click on Email Notifications.
You can specify which notifications you would like to receive by Email. You can easily activate or deactivate the notification by checking or unchecking the box. After making your selection, click on Save.
