User profile
On the start page of your Supply Chain module, the dashboard, you will find the black profile icon on the top right-hand side. This can be used to change and customize your own user profile.
Click on the icon to open a list. The following adjustments can be made via Change profile:
Change profile
To change the profile, click on the icon at the top right of the dashboard.
Click on Change profile in the list.
Adjust the desired information. Once you have done this, click Save to save the changes.
Change password
To change the password, click on the icon at the top right of the dashboard.
Click on Change profile in the list.
Select the Change password area in the blue tab.
Enter the password you used previously in the first field Old password. Then enter your new password in the next field Password and repeat the entry in the last field Repeat password.
A strong password is best achieved with eight letters, a number and a special character.
When you have made all the entries, click on Save to save the new password.
Change profile picture
To change the profile picture, click on the icon at the top right of the dashboard.
Click on Change profile in the list.
Select the Change profile picture area in the blue tab.
Click on Insert or select picture and select the desired profile picture in the Finder.
The selected image can now be scaled to the desired area to be displayed. To do this, you can move the point with the mouse to display the image closer or further away.
Click on the center of the image to move the entire image.
If the image has been set up appropriately, click on Save to save the image in the profile.
The profile picture can be removed at any time. To do this, click on the recycle bin icon.
2-factor authentication
If you want to additionally protect your account, you can do this using 2-factor authentication. If you then log into your Supply Chain Module account, you will be sent a code to your e-mail address, which you must enter in order to log in.
To activate 2-factor authentication, click on the icon at the top right of the dashboard.
Click on Change profile in the list.
Select the 2F-Auth. area in the blue tab.
Click on the checkbox to activate 2-factor authentication.
Click on Save to apply the change.
To deactivate 2-factor authentication, remove the blue tick in the checkbox and click Save again.
