Dashboard
In the dashboard you have the complete overview of all notices that are received and reported in your Hintbox.
Client - This column displays the company for which a note was submitted.
Name - This column displays the name of the reporting person.
Number - this column shows you the note / case number.
Messages - in this column you will get the number of messages received about the note.
Matter - In this column you can see the matter specified by the whistleblower.
Status - in this column you can see the status of the note.
Priority - in this column you can see the priority of the note.
Due date - this column shows you the respective due date of a note.
Assigned person - this column shows you the current responsible agent of the note.
Date - this column shows you the date when the note was entered.
Apply predefined time periods to the overview
With a click on the time filters you can adjust the display period. By default, the filter "1 month" is activated, the active time filter should then be highlighted in green.
Apply custom period to the overview
If you would like a custom time period to filter the notices, then simply click on "Other time period".
Afterwards, a dialog opens in which you can enter your user-defined period.
Confirm your desired time period with "Ok", after that you should only see notes that match the desired time period.
Use search in dashboard
If you want to search specifically for a note, simply use the search field. You will find this directly next to the time filters, where you can enter the case number, for example, to search specifically for a note.
In this example, we are looking for clue number 87:
Sort notes by columns
With a click on the column name you activated the sorting function.
If you want to sort the notes by number in ascending order, you can do it by clicking on the column name "Number". Clicking again on the column name will sort in descending order. If clicked again, then the sorting is removed again.
Customize column order (available from Premium Hintbox)
If you want to add or remove columns in the overview, then you can do this simply by clicking on "...":
Afterwards a dialog opens where you can decide which columns should be displayed in the dashboard. To remove columns you only have to uncheck the respective column or to add them you have to check the corresponding box:
Apply predefined hint filters
You can use the access for filtering by clicking on one of the 3 tiles. Above the listing of all notes in the dashboard you have the possibility to filter all notes by "Unread", "In process" or "Closed" with one click.
You can find more filters from the left side navigation:
Below that, you can click on "Assigned to me" to display all notes that have been assigned to you as the responsible processor or you can filter for other notes that have been rejected, closed or deleted, for example.
