Subsidiary management
In the Subsidiary Management section, new clients can be created, existing subsidiary can be edited or deleted.
Create subsidiary
Under Settings, click Client Management to create a subsidiary.
A form opens in which information about the client to be created can be entered.
By clicking on the Subsidiary name field you can enter the name of the additional company or location.
By clicking on the Select a responsible person field, a person responsible for the subsidiary can be assigned.
This person is then automatically assigned as the responsible person in the reports received for this subsidiary.
By clicking on the Select access to subsidiary field, it is possible to assign the right to specify which persons should have access to the reports received for the client to be created. It should be noted that the administrators have access to the subsidiary whether they are selected or not. (More about the role assignments can be found in here).
Once all the required information has been entered, the mandate can be created by clicking on Add.
The following dialog opens for clients with a Premium Hintbox. If you click on Yes, this client will not only be created in the system but will be selectable during the hint submission.
You can also check the checkbox at the respective selection field of the forms that use the "Client" or "Category" data source to always automatically activate the new entries of the data source. For instructions, click here.
Edit subsidiary
Under Settings, click Subsidiary Management to delete a subsidiary.
A form opens in which the subsidiaries can be deleted.
By clicking on the pencil, the mandate can be edited and the information provided can be changed.
Click on the checkmark to save the changes to the subsidiary.
Delete subsidiary
Under Settings, click Subsidiary Management to delete a subsidiary.
A form opens in which information of the subsidiary can be deleted.
Subsidiary can be deleted individually by clicking on the recycle bin.
Click on the checkmark to delete the subsidiary permanently.
